Good show, we played with OC Deadpets who kicked ass. It was the first Crash Coarse show since Dec. of 2003, so this was important, and we played well. Steve played bass, but (at future shows, most notably Aug. 2nd at the Anarchy Library) he usually is going to be playing guitar, and Chad is going to be playing bass (this was a last minute show, and Chad had made previous commitments). We did a couple of new songs by Steve, and a couple of very old songs that never have gotten played by Crash Coarse, at least in the past 10 years (from about 95 to 00, Crash Coarse had been "absorbed" into another band, but actually had emerged bloody and writhing like a fetus prematurely in 99, leading to the demise of that experiment, and to the other band's continuing on with only 2/5 original members). So it was a good show, and I of course would expect no less.
