PORNSTORE JANITORS- Oregon punk rock band
SST superstore -official site of Greg Ginn and Black Flag
Ant June- one of the guys from this band was in Large 23 back in the 90s- a band that played with us at a show in 95 at Studio Time Music on Blossom Hill in San Jose- there were Power Rangers, and our drummer tried to start shit with the red Power Ranger. Now that was some funny shit- there was some kids party on the other side of the mini mall, and there were these Power Ranger guys around. Then our drummer, who like all of us had drank a few beers with the Skidmarks, started yelling, "fuck power rangers, power rangers suck". After a little of this, the red power ranger came over, pulled off his mask, and started yelling, "Power Rangers ain't shit, homeboy" with the rest of his Power Ranger costume on. That same drummer also had a car mirror stuck on the bare portion of his head next to his mohawk. Paul Duarte from Jolt fucked up our drummer's car as well. I'll be putting up some of our set from that show soon.
The Twilight- a cool venue in Portland ORE, booked by the Pornstore Janitors.
Some zine gave us a bad review...oops! forgot where the link was.. at least until they link to us.. they didn't like us, but then they went and compared us to the Butthole Surfers and the U-Men, so I guess the reviewer defeated his own purpose, eh? Anyway, if you're reading this, put up a link to us, and we'll get people to go to your site- shit we'll even plug it on our mailing list. But not until you link to our page from the review!!! - Dog
oh yeah, they whined in their "news" department about how I'd called the guy "boy" in an email, and they will NEVER link us! They also ripped on the New Bomb Turks first album. If you want to see any of this, email me and I'll send a transcript (with links removed- they don't deserve the hits).
